You must be at least 18 years old to use Lovetta. By creating an account or joining our waitlist, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

2. Service Description

Lovetta provides AI-powered companion experiences. Our companions are artificial intelligence programs — they are not real people. All conversations, images, and videos are generated by AI.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service if you are under 18 years of age
Attempt to manipulate the AI to generate illegal content
Share or distribute AI-generated content that depicts minors
Use the service for harassment, abuse, or any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the AI models
Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

4. AI-Generated Content

All content generated by Lovetta companions (text, images, video) is created by artificial intelligence. This content:

Does not represent real people or real events
May not be accurate or factual
Should not be relied upon for advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise)
Is intended for entertainment purposes only

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Lovetta offers subscription plans and optional tips. Subscription details, pricing, and billing terms are displayed at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refund policies apply as described during the purchase process.

6. Intellectual Property

The Lovetta service, including its AI models, design, and branding, are owned by Lovetta. You retain no ownership of AI-generated content but may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lovetta is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including emotional distress, reliance on AI-generated content, or service interruptions.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
