6. Age Requirement

Lovetta is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We collect your month and year of birth to verify eligibility. If we determine that a user is under 18, their data will be deleted.

7. AI-Generated Content and Third-Party AI Processing

Our service uses artificial intelligence to generate text, images, and other content. To provide this functionality, certain data is sent to third-party AI service providers for processing:

• Conversation data: Your messages and conversation context are sent to third-party AI text generation services to produce companion responses.
• Image generation: Text prompts (not your personal data) are sent to third-party AI image generation services to create companion images.

These third-party AI services process your data solely to generate responses and do not use it for their own training purposes. We do not share your name, email, or account details with these services — only the conversation content necessary to generate a response.

We may store conversation history on our servers to maintain the companion's memory and improve response quality. You can request deletion of your conversation history at any time.

8. Consent to AI Data Processing

By creating an account and using Lovetta, you explicitly consent to your messages being processed by third-party AI services as described in Section 7. This consent is required to use the service. You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account, which will also delete your conversation history.

9. Content Safety and Reporting

We employ automated content filtering to promote safe interactions. If you encounter AI-generated content that you believe is inappropriate or harmful, you can report it through the in-app reporting feature. Reports are reviewed by our team and may be used to improve our safety systems.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
